We ate here on recommendation from our hotel. The restaurant is tucked away from the main tourist area and serves a fine dining menu in very pleasant surroundings.
We each got the tasting menu of the evening for 50 euros. They started with a freebie: a little piece of pate' that was out of this world along with some champagne. A really delicious shrimp dish for the appetizer, an equally good thick soup with lots of vegetables for the first course, a thick piece of veal (but no worries, nothing is large) for the second, and a delicious flan with a bit of ice cream for dessert.
Interior is lovely and wait staff is perfect. House white wine: wonderful. The table next to us raved about the scallops. We really enjoyed our meal and would recommend.

SALICE BLU
If you are looking for an authentic Italian food restaurant then Chef Luigi invites you to Salice Blu Restaurant for lunch and/or dinner. Each dish is an individual artwork, perfectly presented and aesthetically very pleasing. You can feel the passion and the dedication of Chef Luigi thru his preparation and presentation. The risotto with saffron, zucchin flowers and truffles, as an example, was one of the best I have ever eaten. The menu is 100% Italian, with fresh fish from the lake and fresh hand-made pasta.
For a good table, I recommend making a reservation. Be on time as it is a small restaurant. You can dine in the pergola terrace or inside the restaurant.

A fun note is every day chef Luigi does Private Cooking Lessons. The chef grows a lot of the produce and the garden in the rear was enchanting.

Overall the food was very fresh, clearly locally sourced and the Chef and team of staff are very passionate about their craft. Highly recommend!
