This chic brasserie is within the premises of Le Bristol Hotel. The lavish interior with gilded columns, floral motifs and a grand staircase says Paris France. This one star Micheline restaurant actually deserves more stars. It will delight your palate and all of your senses. From the moment we arrived, we felt we were the only guests — a luxury experience. Champagne to start was exquisite. The scallops and sea bass were superb. Everything on the menu looked tantalizing. After this incredibly fabulous dinner, we ended our evening with a cocktail at the Le Bristol Bar.

If you are looking for a royal evening or lunch and would like to feel like you at Versaille, then the restaurant Le Meurice is your first choice. The restaurant was inspired by the classical French Peace Salon in the Chateau de Versaille. This environment is exquisite and you will be impressed. A 2 star Micheline restaurant. Everyone that joined us loved the steamed legumes with Himalayan salt, asparagus with caviar and uni langustine.

This dining experience was one of my very favorites. The restaurant is elegant and peaceful. The staff is skilled and efficient. They are there when needed but definitely do not hover. Your food and wine seem to appear on your table magically. We chose the wine pairing meal. The sommelier was very accommodating when we didn't prefer a type of wine. Whatever our taste was he provided. The food was mouth watering and the flavor tantalized our palette. We truly dined that night, not rushing the evening to experience each course and the flavor of the wines that were paired.

I loved this restaurant so much that I went back by myself for lunch. Christian Constant has several restaurants on the Rue Saint Dominque. One a casual bistro and another fine dining both are happening places. Le Violin was my favorite though. It is a modern restaurant yet very French. The seafood ravioli and the cabbage stuffed with lobster is divine. The octopus appetizer was mouth watering and the chef accommodated my dietary needs. Make room for deserts because they are out of this world. The service was friendly and they made you feel special. I highly recommend this restaurant.
