Chef John Besh, best of best restaurants receives rave reviews. Voted one of the top 21 French Restaurants in America, the gorgeous restaurant occupies a historic (and, some say, haunted) former tobacco warehouse in the Central Business District. This beautiful elegant restaurant brings Cajun and French together in a way that has never been done before. The menu changes often. The bar was one of the best old school bars I have ever seen — beautiful mahogany. The dining room is bright and beautiful.
The food was exceptional. We tried the shrimp "Étouffée", potato crisp and oysters. For entrees, the Raines Farm Wagyu beef strip or the flounder are great.
