If you looking for FRESH seafood, this is your place. It doesn’t get any fresher or more delicious than Bear Flag. This is really not a restaurant, it is a joint. You stand in line to order and then find a table to enjoy. When I think of the fresh seafood at Bear Flag my palate begins to salivate. Bear Flag is definitely the Flavor of New Port’s freshest and most divine fish.

Bear Flag is built around the grill. Yet with fish this fresh, sometimes it’s best to save it from the flames. There’s a skillfully assembled sashimi plate and a nice, citric ceviche. The Ahi is cubed into little lozenges that dissolve on the tongue, leaving behind only the faintest bit of salt and spice. You might have to wait in line, but I promise it is absolutely
worth it!
